The pricing starts at $99.99 on a two-year contract, and $399.99 off-contract – if you're willing to switch over to Sprint, then you might want to wait and get the S4 mini from Sprint between November 28th and December 2nd, when the carrier will be offering the S4 mini for free along with free $100 credit.
The Galaxy S4 mini sports a dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1.5GB RAM, 4.3-inch qHD display, 8-megapixel camera, a 1,900mAh battery, Wi-Fi, HSPA+, NFC, and LTE connectivity, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. On the software front, it carries many of the features as Samsung's flagship, and will be updated to Android 4.3 before the end of this year.
