Back in early October, Samsung announced the Galaxy J for Japanese carrier NTT DoCoMo, as something of a cross between the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3 – namely, the device was a Galaxy S4 but with a Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of RAM, and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box. Now, a variant of the Galaxy J with model number SGH-N075T has appeared in benchmarks – the Galaxy J carries model number SGH-N075, and the T at the end means we could see a launch of the device outside Japan in the future.

Samsung usually adds a T to model numbers of devices that are either headed for T-Mobile in the USA or Telstra in Australia, so the SGH-075T could be headed for either of those markets, or it could be specific to Taiwan as well. However, it's quite uncommon for Samsung smartphones launched for Japanese carriers to get an international launch, but this could be an exception, though we'll have to wait for more information to find out where Samsung is planning on launching the considerably upgraded Galaxy S4.
