Samsung Electronics has successfully developed 45 NANO embedded Flash or eFlash logic process and the flash memory-embedded smart card IC test chip. Embedded flash logic process represents flash memory circuit that is arranged to memorize the data inside the system's semiconductor circuit which again controls and processes the data. The power efficient chips with high integration density can be used in various applications such as home appliances, mobile devices, and cars.
