Website Blog of Mobile has found out that 2 upcoming smartphones from Samsung the GT-I8800 and GT-I8805 could be the first tizen device and will probably have LTE..
Through research they found out the next information:

Samsung want to present the first Tizen devices later this year. We cant wait to see Samsung's first Tizen devices. Samsung's focus is to bring Tizen OS to low / mid range devices. But to create a hype around the device self Samsung could decide to start with good hardware for a cheaper price or use for example the Galaxy S4.
