Japanse provider Docomo officially announced the Galaxy S4 Blue Arctic. Blue Arctic is the new color of the Galaxy S4. Samsung already has the colours "Black Mist" and "White Frost". The specifications of the Galaxy S4 Blue Artic can be found below. When Europe will see this new color variant of the Galaxy S4 is still a question.
